IIS 7 supports 256 bit encryption. (Tested by Opera 9.5, with 256 bit ciphers enabled only) However, IIS doesn't appear to be using the strongest encryption supported by the client. With all the 128 bit, 168 bit and 256 bit ciphers enabled, IIS 7 uses 128 bit instead of the strongest 256 bit encryption...
