Nisha, Before you actually go for applying or uninstalling any servicepack first verify the DLL versions inside the inetsrv folder. Generally, the DLL version in the inetsvr folder for windows server 2003 with service pack 1 is 6.0.3790.1830 .... If it is not as you expect then re-apply the service pack...
