Problems accessing websites hosted on local IIS

Hi All I am having problems accessing sites hosted on my local IIS. I can't even access a simple html page. Yet I can access the same sites from another machine on the network by typing "http://[Name Of My Pc Here]/[Name of Web Application Here]". ANY IDEAS ON WHAT IS HAPPENING? HELP ASAP...

I'm having the same issue. Configuration... button does nothing when it is pressed. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling IIS 5.1 but to no avail. Anybody have a solution for this? Thx.
