Is there a way to deploy the contents of a local folder to a remote server and at the same time create a new virtual directory for the content on the remote server using MSDeploy? For example, I'd like to use MSDeploy to deploy the contents of "C:\MyWebFolder" to "http://myserver/MyWebApp"...

How with msdeploy i can specify the new AnonymousUser and password when i migrate my website from IIS 6.0 to IIS 7.0. My servers are not in a domain so it's not the same anonymous user. Thanks a lots.
