Hi every one I know how to set connection limitation or bandwith control for each virtual Dir or website on IIS7 but Is there any way , I can set connection Limitaion or bandwith control per IP Address connected to my websites or is there any add-ons or software which could make this option in IIS 7...

when i download microsoft frontpage and visual studio i can not create websites because i dont have the frontpage server extensions but when i try to instal them it says i first need IIS4 or greater. plz help :)
