I am using IE (v7) and it is configured correctly. In fact, it can access another site on a different server which is configured for Integrated Authentication and an aspx test-page on that server can display my user ID so I know that it's working. (Using this.Request.LogonUserIdentity.Name;)

I have been getting the following error very frequently over the past few weeks. The server is Windows 2003 R2 SP2 and IIS 6.0.
