problems with installing SQL Server 2008 Express through WP installer

Hi, I'm trying to install SQL Server 2008 Express through the Web Platform installer. I need this because I want to use MS Assessment and Planning Toolkit which needs SQL Express. Install Failed for - SQL Server 2008 Express with Advanced Services

Downloaded file failed signature verification and may have been tampered with. Tried to install twice with no success. Same error. Any suggestions?
