    Try resetting the permissions for the directory in which you extracted the files. I have had similar problems (not exactly the same though) and I was always able to fix them by resetting folder permissions. The problem usually occurred when I copied a folder containing a php app from desktop to wwwroot...

    Thank you tomkmvp for the help, but I have the Access Database locally (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\EXAMPLE.mdb), I created one with Access just to do a test if something was wrong.     Thank you for the help, but I did and i gave full control and nothing, even i moved a test database to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\test.mdb and nothing, i have still the error. do you no think could be something in the Web server?
