You know i tried this, and noticed that the first 50 or so files are not parsed correctly, however, the remaining several hundred are. this program worked using the same syntax that i THOUGHT would work, however, just not on those first files. I cant see the difference either. its the damndest thing...

I DESPERATELY need to convert the original native IIS logging format to W#C logging format. Does anyone have the syntax to do this?! I cant get anything but errors, and it creates no output file.
