  • Re: FastCGI does not pass PHP error to syslog (windows event log)

I found some helpings on IIS6 and PHP5 with...

  • Re: SMTP relay to SMTP

OK I cracked it ! I had to explicity tell the server that it was allowed to forward mail generated by itself. So in this case: Server 1 forwarding to server 2. Server 1 had to have 127.0.0.1 in its allowed list in the relay settings. I don't remember it being that way in previous versions, but hey...

@ Paul. Good advice. Thanks. I did that and it connected. Still unsure now what the issue could be though. I can only assume that I must have configured something wrong. Hmmm ...... Guess that's my task for the day. Firewall, etc Any ideas welcome. Regards Dave

  • IIS 6.0 compatibility documentation???

The verbaige of the brief articles that describe the IIS 6 compatibility feature seem to suggest that I can host a site in IIS 7.0 but configure it for some compatibility mode. Is this true? If so, how do I configure it. The articles describe what I need it for and how to turn it on but where does it...

  • Re: Couple of questions about IIS7, ISAPI, etc.

Thanks for the reply. In IIS6, ISAPI could not be configured at the Application level but in IIS7 you are saying that it can be? The reason I ask is in IIS6, I can right-click on an Application -> Properties but do not see anywhere where I can specify an ISAPI filter. So why the difference between...

  • Re: urlScan 3.0 rtw [AlwaysAllowedUrls] not working? Wildcard/regex in [AlwaysAllowedQueryStrings]

Hi Zhao, Thank you for your reply. I now understand how [AlwaysAllowedUrls] works and where the query string check is still performed on the allowed Urls. To clarify, here is what I would like to achieve. For instance, I would like the following 'url+query string' to be valid: http://www.domain...
