I config a FTP Site in IIS on windows server 2003 ,and set the anonymous which response to the window account Administrator ,it's our intranet ftp site ,make sure every one can manage the ftp file and folder and we use the IE6 as the ftp client tool to access the ftp site , it do can upload and download...
