How to Simple Webpage on LAN Intranet with IIS 5.1 + Frontpage Server Extension 2002

I am using Windows XP SP2 and installed IIS with Frontpage Server Extension 2002 installed on my pc. In defualt IIS Directory "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" I created "Index.htm" file. So Now this in my one page website and I can access it on my lan computers by typing my ip address on Internet...

Typically when you see this error you should see something listed in the Application log of the Windows Event Viewer - that would be the best place to check.
