This could be the result of any number of things. It could be the applications are leaking memory or the cache isn't being cleared fast enough. App pool recycling takes too long

Hi, I have a strange issue related to App pool settings in IIS 6.0 I have our website developed in .NET 2.0 working on Windows server 2003, IIS 6.0, whenever we upload any App_Code changes to our site, App pool takes long time to recompile the code and our site take much time to again start responding...
