SMTP & sending mail with ASP.NET 2.0

I have app server 2003 with IIS 6,I installed the smtp and the Domain Name of the SMTP is ="AROOTT80808.S2.MS.SHOVAL.COM" where "AROOTT80808" is the SERVER name,"S2" is the domain inside the company,"SHOVAL.COM" is the company domain.
