My ASP webmatrix 2 and IIS 5.1 problem

hai, I create a asp.net webpage and i run it under the IIS root. It seem weird the page cannot display the asp.net component like the textbox. but it can show the words and other picture. I tried to enabled the ASP.Net under the IIS manager and it seem worst...my page totally cannot run and got such...
