Many applications ship the ETW manifest files including the .NET CLR and Microsoft Office to name a couple.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\BCSEvents.man
These files are extremely useful for consuming the ETW events. They include information that can't be retrieved using tools like logman or wevtutil, such as the symbolic names. They are also used by tools to generate consumers. Could you please make available
the .man files related to IIS and HTTP.sys?

I have found a blog, maybe can help you.
In this article we will explore a practical use for ETW tracing, and discover what ETW (Event Tracing for Windows) tracing is available for a popular Windows user-mode component, Internet Explorer. In my previous article
ETW Introduction and Overview, we covered what ETW tracing is and how it could be used.
Hope it helps.
