Just taken on a client who has a domain controller (2008 server) with IIS installed. There is a website on it but Google Webmaster Tools shows errors with Google Bot and some of the pages cannot be accessed from an external network. It must be a permission
thing as they display to local users.
The IIS_IUSRS group is now a domain group and not local. IUSR is a local group. Local & Network services are both there.
What else could it be. All the permissions on every directory are the same; read, list and execute for the IUSRS groups. Application pool is on Network Service. Tried Local Service also
Can anyone give me any pointers, please?

Enable anonymous authentication for website in IIS manager > IIS > Authentication?

Thanks for the reply.
It was already enabled and so is forms authentification
I read that when you upgrade a server to a DC it removes certain security groups. The IIS_USRS & IUSR security groups have no users The anonymous authentification is ser to specific user: IUSR and not Application Pool Identity
Any other suggestions?
