I have windows 8, iss8, sql server 2012 installed. The password for SA is complex and 'compliant'. I have deleted the password in the registry and reset it it using Sql server2012 expresss.
When I try to install MagellaWebstore (forIIS) I am prompted for the password for SA. I input this and the installation continues. At some point I recieve a prompt to indicate the passowrd is not valid or failed to connect to the database server. I can
open Sql Server 2012 and connect to the database and can check (and reset) the password to database.\SQL Express.
I have restarted Windows 8 between password setting.
Every time I try to install MagellaWebstore (forIIS) or Windows azure sdk for net using installer 4.5 I recieve the above error message.
What can i do to install these features.

By forceing the database to restart I resolved this.
Closing the app down and restarting
