I've installed .NET 4.0 in a dedicated server and i can add the propper Application pools, but when trying to allow .NET 4.0 in ISAPI and CGI restrictions, those files are missing in the normal folders...
Does that mean that i didn't install .NET framework propperly?
Thanks for any help. (I thought this was going to be easier ^^)

Do i have to install the server core version of the .NET framework?
Because when i try to do it i get a:
You cannot use this setup program to install the .NET Framework. For more information, see the <A HREF="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=164156">Readme file</A>.
Edit: I've read that i don't need to install the server core version. In fact i can't do it because it's not activated in the server.

Did you install the client profile? ASP.NET is not part of that profile,
To enable ASP.NET, you have to install full profile,

Thanks, i'm installing it now.
Dunno why but the installation in my computer had all dlls so i just copied them to the server forlders and it worked. Anyway i'll try this installatino because i think it will be a safer option.
