We recently moved from an IIS 6 Server to a Windows 2k8 R2 Standard 64 bit IIS 7.5 Server. I have been getting complaints that one of our sites is getting 500 errors. I did a failed trace and this error comes up in several link at different times. I have

You said the one of your sites occured the 500 error. Try to determine whether this site is not stoppted and this web application configuration is correct and valid. As to the error module FastCgiModule, I'm not sure what this error means, please check
the both artible about how to install FastGgiModule and configure PHP web site(I guess your site may be PHP type):
