Running IIS7.5 Windows 2008 R2 64 bit
I get this error when trying to upload a 25MB file.
I saw some links to fix it, but "Advanced Settings > Allow Reading Files While Uploading" but this did nothing.
Please help me find a workaround. The FTP server is practically non-functional when transferring larger file sizes.

Hi, I have the following suggestions for your reference:
1 Please check if you have any AntiVirus/Realtime backup software installed on this FTP server. If yes, please exclude the FTP upload target folder from the scanning list and test again. Based on previous experience, those software could generate unexpected I/O
lock which would impact normal file reading/writing activity.
2 Or you can download Process Monitor (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645) and install it on the FTP server. Use this tool to monitor the process activity while
the problem being reproduced. This could also give you some hints on which process(s) are accessing the related folder/files then.
