You have "I have a static IP Address from my ISP " and "Static internal IP from the Router".
How have you registered the 4 Domains ?
Edit: Wikipedia DNS
Why are you not letting the Router do the work of assigning IP Address ?
Have you checked the ISP for blocking port 80 and Web Services ?
If your testing and locahosting you can use hosts file and entries
Have you looked at the IIS Server logs and the errors ?

You do have four registered domains and your using DMZ and you need to configure DNS inside Windows server 2008.
Yes you need the rules DNS DHCP Routing working at the Server Level.
You should visit the Windows 2008 R2 forums for Expert Help
The IIS server Bindings should just work by adding the "www" and "http" after your fix the Windows Server issues.
If you have more IIS Server issues then post your changes & errors.
Edit: After you get the Windows Server DNS going you could use WebSitePanel
the Web Site Configuration.

if the www are working but not the non www, it sounds to me that you have not added both host headers to your websites
www.d2.com d2.com , you need both of these
now when you mention dns, do you habve dns on your network? if so you should not be getting an ip from the router. you should assign one from your own dns pool, depending on setup, you may or may not need dns entries, if you do, then you need to create a
host record, leave the name blank, ignore warning about blank, now add alias, and point it at blank host, you will now have www and non www pointing at ip, you still need both host headers on website
