Web Farm Framework (WFF 2.1) : can't get it working 100%, because I can't install products. When I try to install products on the server farm, the WFF controller server gives me the error : "the product <xyz> did not not download successfully". This error
occurs for both IIS servers in the farm. I can install products using the Web Platform Installer without problem though, so I'm sure it's not the proxy server (just in case: we had the network team disable proxy authentication).
So, you might say: why not use Web PI then, but then I have to manually install components on all members of the IIS farm and this somewhat defeats the purpose of having a central controlling Webfarm server, doesn’t it? The whole idea is that the primary
server is automatically "replicated" and "sync’ed" or "mirrored" to the secondary servers.
Any thoughts? All help is appreciated because I'm out of ideas....
