I use IIS 6 width 3 versions of .NET (1.1.4322 , 2.0.50727 , 4.0.30319) on Windows Server 2003 SP2
Most of my websites are run under .NET 2 and share a same pool
I have one website that run under .NET 4 and I have created a separate pool for it and it seem to run fine. But sometime its stop and throw me a error page:

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.
I look in Event Viewer and found it:
Source: ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0
Description: It is not possible to run two different versions of ASP.NET in the same IIS process. Please use the IIS Administration Tool to reconfigure your server to run the application in a separate process.
Please tell me what I should do?

as posted if you manually recycle the app pool, you got this error? try the v2 shared app pool.
