I'm using Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, i've installed ftp 7.5 on it.
First, i've found this page, tried and couldn't solve the problem...
Now, i've got 5 websites on my server. I want to use 5 iis users, one for each website.
Here are the steps i've tried.
I added ftp (right click-Add Ftp Publishing)
Ip Address : All unassigned
Host name : empty
I've created one iis user, give rights.
I can connect to one website using these settings.
I wanted to add another user for another website.
With the same settings, it gives 530 error.
I added host names as ftp.website.com to both websites.
With this change i cannot connect both of them, 530 error.
How can i configure my server to use multiple ftp sites with different iis users?

I suggest this might be a better starting guide
The guide covers how to have many users access FTP.

Instead of FTP site, you can create virtual directory under Default FTP Site for each ftp user pointing to corresponding website.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've already read that article but i think it helps to add more users for one website and isolate them adding special folders under the same website. I have got 5 websites and each user will connect to a different website. I'll
check it again if i understood something wrong.
In fact i don't like temporary solutions but i'll give it a try. Isn't there a direct way to create more than one ftp sites under the same server?

You original reference to the following walkthrough was your best solution:
In your scenario I would recommend using host names and not user isolation. But that being said, you were missing a couple of important steps. Here's how I would set up two example FTP sites for different users:
When you log in to FTP Site #1, you would enter the username as "www.contoso.com|ContosoUser", and when you log in to FTP Site #2, you would enter the username as "www.fabrikam.com|FabrikamUser". In both of these examples you are using the host name as an
FTP virtual host name, and this allows you to have more than one FTP site on the same UP address.
Here are a few items to consider:

I have tried this solution, but when I add individual host names to both sites as you have specified, I cannot access either of them and get an FTP Folder Error
However, when I remove the host names, I am able to access the one of the two sites only.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
