HI,qbernard, Thanks for your reply, When i do netstat -na, I only could see 127.0.0.1:80. did not see 0.0.0.0 :80 .
When i ping machine name, the valid IP returned. I
I try to access it after IIS installed successfully, so the setting of IIS is defualt. that means :the binding of the web site is correctly and all unassigned.

mmm... can you use appcmd to list the binding property? it looks like only to 127.0.0.1.

HI, qbernard . Thanks for your kind help. I have reinstalled OS, now everything is ok.
Now, When i do netstat -na, I could see 0.0.0.1:80. haha!~
But, Until now, I also do not understand why my minchine before restall OS only has 127.0.0.1:80.
if you find the reason, please tell me. Thanks.

Ooooo reinstalled OS? I was going to ask you to post the binding info from appcmd.exe
it could be binding was set to 127.0.0.1 only.
