I have look through various posts and can't work out what I am doing wrong.
I have just installed Windows 2008 Web Edition with IIS 7.
I have created a new website and am trying to run two applications out of a virtual directory (/bin). I have created this as an application and added the .dlls to the allowed ISAPI and CGI Restrictions list for the server.
I have gone into the Handler Mappings on the virtual directory and tried to add these applications there, but adding the second seems to remove the first.
When I try to access the app, http://mysite.com/bin/myapp.dll I get a 404 error.
I beginning to like IIS 6 at the moment :-)
Any help gratefully received

It sounds like requestFiltering throws 404 since request url contains bin directory.
Please refer to
Requeset Filtering for more about request filtering.
You can put ISAPI at other path and try it again.

Could you please post the relevant IIS log entries here? The status code combined with a sub-status code will pinpoint the exact source.
