First, love the tool - it is automating tasks that can take a great deal of time otherwise.
I am familiar with code analysis tools like FXCop and StyleCop that have a similar functionality in that they provide a platfrom and a good collection of rules "out-of-the-box".
I was wondering if the SEO Toolkit had the ability (or plans for the ability) to work with the SEO rules a bit. That is, can you
<div mce_keep="true">Review the current rules that are in the system</div>
<div mce_keep="true">Turn certain rules on/off depending on personal preference</div>
<div mce_keep="true">Author/add rules of your own</div>
I am IIS SEO tester and thanks for your suggestion and for using this toolkit. BTW, actually we are planning to add the feature you asked for next release, which is not yet completely decided yet because it would be a challenging feature to ignore certain
violation rules considering the current SEO architecture.
At this point in time, as a work-around, you can make your custmon SEO module to manipulate, including applying your own rul, the set of violations in the reports.
Please check Carlos' reply to see about how to make custom SEO module.
