ASP Pages being cached on IIS 6

Hi there, when I upload my pages to the server, they do overwrite the files but no changes show. Is there a way to get IIS to see that I have changed the files and reread them? I am not the network admin but I can let him know what to do so that the site updates.

ALSO: is there a default length of time that IIS rereads folders and updates the cache?

     Thanks!

You may ask the network admin to disable ASP script files cache following this article,

    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/a5766228-828e-4e31-a92b-51da7d24d569.mspx?mfr=true

There is no timing settings for this cache.

This should not be necessary.  Where are your asp files stored?
