Go through the comments too on this blog. They are really helpful. I hope you are running IIS7. Someone also suggested http://geekswithblogs.net/tkokke/archive/2009/05/31/sending-email-from-php-on-windows-using-iis.aspx on another forum. So look at this too. Thanks, Don.
