  Changing from different bitrates took nearly 7 seconds in Smooth Streaming format Reply Contact Could somebody explain me why it took 7 seconds why my IIS (or smooth streaming addon) change from the smallest bitrate to the highest bitrate in 7 seconds ? Why took it so long ? Is there some explaination ? I encoded the movies with the Expression Encoder 2 SDK, but I don't think that's the problem. Anybody an explaination ? Regards

The bit rate switching is very slow and quite oftern stays on a very low bit rate. I'm using Expression Encoder 3. Here's my example: http://www.chrisgeary.net/VC1b/ When I tested the Big_Buck_Bunny on my server it worked fine and stays playing on the highest bit rate. http://www.chrisgeary.net/Big_Buck_Bunny/ What am I doing wrong in encoding for this to happen?
