Does anyone know of a tool that can compare two IIS7 server instances and list the differences, and ideally sync them. This is a requirement if you keep any kind of backup server. TIA Crispin
This will allow you to compare dependencies, sync two servers, and even make backups of your server which can be restored at a later date.
If you find this tool looks like what you are looking for, and would like some pointers or assistance, please post to the Web Deployment Tool forum:

Have you looked at the Web Deployment Tool (aka MSDeploy)?
