I am planning to upgrade to IIS7 in next few months, but in the meantime, I have a need to implement URL rewriting in IIS6. I am hoping that there is a IIS6 URL rewrite module that I can use that is (mostly?) compatible with the IIS7 URL rewrite system,
so I don't have to do a lot of transformation. Does anyone know if such a module exists? If not, what is the fastest/easiest IIS6 rewrite module?

For iis 6, there is a couple I've see people use
Of the two, isapirewrite is powerful behind measure, it's stable and worth using. I'm not certain how it'll translate to IIS 7 module.

I am now thinking that having something driven from a database or sharepoint list might work, as it gives non-techies the ability to edit the rewrite rules. From these, it looks lie URLReWriter is a good one, except that I would worry about performance.
There is only one way to find out!
Thanks for the pointers!
