Win2k hosts file location:
Windows NT/2000/XP Pro c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Xp hosts file location :
Windows XP Home c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Is there an entry for google there?
Either way it is not an IIS problem you machine is redirecting to the local host 127.0.0.1 I am not sure what will cause this. Often it is virus related.

Have a look in your host file.
Win2k hosts file location:
Windows NT/2000/XP Pro c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Xp hosts file location :
Windows XP Home c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Is there an entry for google there?
