I realize that PHP itself isn't multi-treaded, but since I'm using FastCGI, IIS should be able to handle 20 concurrent connections by running 20 different php-cgi.exe processes, correct?
If so, how can I configure my web server such that when say 2 people call a PHP script at the same time that contains:
echo time(); sleep(10); time();
both the start and end times would be same? Currently, if 2 people call the script, the first person's response takes 10 seconds and the second person's response takes 20 seconds.
