You will come across this error when your application is unable to serve requests and crashes for more than the threshold limit... By default I believe it is 5. do you have any other information in the HTTP error logs of IIS... ???

Can we increase this threshold limit? Will it be any any impact?

Yes it will impact.... see the threshold will let you realise that there is problem .. where as increasing the limit will only disable the AppPool after the limit is reached. But see this doesnt mean that the AppPool is working before being disabled...

I don't think recylceing will help you. It may delay the occurrences of the problem.
You likely have a problem with your code.
If there are problems in the code then use DebugDiag
Also you may get clues from the IIS logs or httpsys error logs to narrow down the problem more.
