When I setup my ftp server and try to download the files from it on a different computer, I can only download the files that were created on the system. Any file that was downloaded is under a security block (File Properties in general tab) and cannot be downloaded from the FTP server. I get the ftp error 550 (Access Denied).
I know there is a way to disable File Security. However, I do like to have this enabled. Is there some setting or service to start that will bypass this so I can download whatever is on the ftp server from a different computer?
Operating System: Windows XP Professional SP3
