MIME Type for file with no extension

I have a file that has no extension and IIS7 is giving an error 404 on this file. How can I fix this? It's a Linux executable that has no extension so adding one is not an option.

Re: MIME Type for file with no extension

You can use "." (a dot) as extension and create a MIME mapping.
