After searching the forum for a related post, I still can't find a fix to my issue.
Windows Server 2008
MS Exchange server 2007
A friend of mine believes that this problem is caused by a mismatch between the administrator password in Exchange and in Active Directory. I remember having this problem once, when I changed the administrator passsword in Active Directory while I was logged
on as the administrator. The fix was to reset the password back to what it was before. This time, however, I waited until the password was experied to change it. Our tech guy is out of the country and we're screwed if we can't get this thing running.
I'm no expert in Exchnage or Windows, I can read and learn and I will appreciate any help

Did you post this problem to our Exchange forums before?
I am not sure if there is a special configuration for Exchange Server 2007 for Windows Server 2008 environment.
