Same IP and same domain name and different 8080 port in IIS6 on win2k3 R2

I just created new (one more) website with same IP and same domain name and 8080 port.

when i test the below url works fine using "Website properties ----> browse option"

www.10.145.169.13.com  --- works fine (local ip)

www.xyz.com     --- works fine external (public ip)

www.10.145.169.13:8080  --- works fine with local server ip

    www.xyz.com:8080    ---- Not working  (external)

Can you pls give what needs to be done.

but did not use host header.

Do you have a firewall? Is it configured to allow port 8080 to pass through?

No windows firewall service enabled, and CA anti virus is installed on the server. but i don't see any port configuration.

What about on a router (on the internet-facing side of the server)?
