Could anybody show me a way to block emails between users?
I have a Win 2003 enterprise domain. It is not connected to the Internet. Currently there are four users excluding an administrator in the domain. POP3 and SMTP server is also enabled. The mailbox names in POP3/SMTP relate to the user's log in name in active directory list.
In POP3/SMTP server, I currently have three domains. One domain A holds adminstrator account only, second domain B has two users mailboxes and other domain C has final two users mailboxes.
I want the users from same domain (POP3/SMTP sever domain) to be able to send mail to each other but not accross to users in domain A and domain B.
At the moment, I can't even open an outlook account (in user's machines) using POP3/SMTP account details.
For example: in outlook express, when I tried to open an account relating to the user in domain B. An error message pops up. It says that there are POP3 and SMTP errors.
My outlook account details for users' machines in domain B (POP3 domains) are incoming mail server set to POP3. incoming server - domain B, outgoing server - domain B.
Could somebody please help me out in this matter?
