    Warning: imagejpeg() Unable to open

    Hello,

    I'm getting this error and I'm hoping for some solution from this site:

    Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open 'images/temporary/9fc499.png' for writing: Permission denied in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\function.php on line 599

    I'm using php 5.2.6 with gd2, mbstring, bz2, and mysql extensions enabled. I get this error when the php script generates image verification code. IIS user permission is already set to read, write, etc.

    Is anyone who's willling to help me?

    When you say permission is checked... you mean on the functions.php file or the actual image (png) file???

    What do you in the IIS logs? If your AppPool is configured with a custom identity check if that ID has the right permissions.

    Re: Warning: imagejpeg() Unable to open

    Well permission is checked on the folder where the png files is stored after it is generated by php.

    These is nothing in iis log, just access log... no error.

    I'm new to IIS and I have no idea about AppPool but I can surely say that I didn't customize anything, except for installing php on the server.
