Reply Contact  Yes if u have a windows installation Medium(CD/DVD) in that Language.   or after installing the OS u can change  the  Regional and Language Options as for ur requirement.

Reply Contact You can't download IIS - it only comes on the Operating System install disk and it is completely dependent on the OS.
