    IIS7's low performance on ASP.NET 3.5 files

My issue is similar to the one found here.

In mycase the ASP .NET application seems to unload after just 60 seconds of being idle.  The application is currently in QA so I'm the only one hitting it.  After I hit the site once, it loads fine for similar requests.  If I wait 60 seconds or more before my next move, it takes forever to load. I've looked through IIS for anything that references 60 seconds or less, but can't seem to find anything.  Any suggestions?

Anything in the event log?  Are you making an external call to a database or web service?  Have you looked in the global.asax or other startup type parameters to see if you have call shutting down?  What about your connection string properties, are there some hard-coded values there.  I can't think of anything IIS related that is 60 seconds.  Those are a few things I can think of to check off-hand.  Hope that helps.
