Migrating IIS 6 to IIS 7 (without using the agent?)

Okey here's the deal. We've got two webserveres, but are going to get rid of one of them. The ones we're closing down is a IIS 6 server. It's only accessible through remote desktop and http, same goes for the other server. And I can't seem to get the agent thingy to work. When I try it tells me that targetName is an invalid argument. There's a lot of sites installed on the IIS 6 server and I need to move them all over to the new server. So how do I go about this?

Do you have the agent running on the remote IIS 6.0 box? Please do a "net start msdepsvc" to start the agent.

Also, could you copy-paste the command you are trying to run?

     Thanks

Targetname is the old syntax. Change that to computername and it will get rid of the invalid argument error. But if you don't want to use the agent, you can sync first to an archive, move the archive to the other server, and migrate it.
