  Re: feature request: enable Admin Pack remotly Reply Contact Almost every single one of admin packs features will work remotely.  When you use Ineternet Information Services 7.0 Manager  to connect to an IIS7 server that has admin pack installed, you will be prompted to download the remote client pieces. There is one important note:  Admin Pack must be installed on and IIS7 Server.  The Internet Information Services 7.0 Manager is just a remote administration client and contains none of the server runtime components.

  rlucero Joined on 09-29-2006, 3:35 PM Seattle, WA Posts 164	Re: feature request: enable Admin Pack remotly Reply Contact The IIS 7 Remote manager works on XP and Windows 2003.  The admin pack code download to the remote manager also works.  The Administration Pack itself is only compatible with IIS 7 and can only be installed on IIS7 servers.
