  Missing iis7 Features Reply Contact hi,  Am new to ISS7 and trying to set up a localhost on my pc so i can do php and build web applications to help me with my uni work...   was following instructions to set up php where handler mapping ui feature was mentioned...i dont have it :(, after looking about the features window and searching over the internet, i seem to be missing a few other ui features   does anyone know how i can get them back or install them?   i have a windows vista business pc, have installed iis with all boxes ticked on the add windows features... thanks Michael

  Re: Missing iis7 Features Reply Contact Hi michael - make sure you have SP1 installed...the instructions you are looking at may require it. There were several changes made in the admin tool in SP1 to make it easier to setup PHP with the new fastCGI module.   Re: Missing iis7 Features Reply Contact  Hi thanks for reply  i installed service pack 1 for vista last week and just installed fast cgi module...still no luck, any ideas? do i need to change anything in applicationhost.config to get the missing modules as i believe i should hav 40 instead of 23? i have (.Net Compilation, .Net Globalization, .Net Trust Levels, Application Settings, Connection Strings, Machine Key, Pages & Controls, Providers, Session State, SMTP Email, ASP, Authentication, Authorization Rules, Error Pages, HTTP Redirect, IPv4 Address and Domain Restrictions, ISAPI Filters, Logging, Output Caching, Server Certificates, Worker Processes, Feature Delegation, Shared Configuration) thanks again Michael
