How do you uninstall IIS and WAS (windows process activation service)? I've looked everywhere for information, and nobody seems to have instructions.

If this happen when you try to map IsapiFilterModule which is native module type to a different issapi module like (php isapi ); IIS 7 automatically disabled the application pool associated with the domain/ default website. To solve this problem, simply
start the application pool through the IIS snap in --> Expan the Computer name --> Click on Application Pool to view the content--> Right Click on the application pool and click on start from the menu.
