Giving read/write permission to directory in Vista to IIS/ASPNet

I am trying to give permission to IIS/ASPNet to read and write to a directory within IIS.

What permissions do I need to grant the directory? I've tried the IUSR_MachineName and a couple of others, but none of them seem to do the trick.

I have a feeling it may be to do with Vista's added security, which I have tried to do some reading on but as yet I can't find an answer.  Can anyone give me a guide? Many thanks

Ah I found the answer - it needs IIS_IUSRS granted permissions on the directory.
