Suggestion - stop site functionallity differs in different parts of the UI

When you are in the left hand tree and select a web site and right click and select stop the web site is stopped.

When you select the "Web Sites" node in the tree and select a site in the middle pane, right click and select stop (or you use the task pane to stop) you get a dialog asking if you really want to stop the site.

    Slightly different functionallity.
